Shipping FAQ's

Our Motto " Out the door Dinosaur" it's our daily chant getting kids on the bus and then we get to work getting out orders, or moving product to our booth locations.  It's all gotta go. 

Shipping location:  All items are in Michigan. 

These items are on hand, not fulfilled by a third party company.  expect in the specialty / Boutique category  those are special orders. 

Shipping Schedule:

Shipping is next day, in most cases.  Sometimes wonky timing sets it to 2 days.  Monday thru Friday.  The Post office here has a very small window for counter service on Saturdays.  Most often your package is going to get out on Monday.

No shipping on holidays. Those packages will be sent on the next postal business day. 

Christmas cut off date: Dec 17th (ish...)  We will continue to ship everyday but there is no guarantee of Christmas delivery. 

How do I check the status of my order? When your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Late delivery: If you haven't received your order within 7 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number and I will look into it. You can use the chat button or our email. 

International rates: i'm working on it. It's complicated. Other than large and/or booth items.
