This vintage brass belt buckle by Gemco ind My grandfather worked in the automotive plants at AC Spark Plug/Delphi, Flint, Michigan. I’m thinking this was some sort of giveaway or such as it states the AC Spark Plug/Delphi on the back. The front symbolizing the spirit of Free Enterprise and innovation. Made in the United States. Tarnished Commemorative Eagle lady Liberty Justice
